Health New Zealand - Te Toka Tumai Auckland invites applications to join our growing Radiology Department, offering premier Radiological services to a diverse population of 1.7 million individuals. Make a difference in the lives of our patients while expanding your expertise across various conditions and pathologies. Our Radiology Department has 4 MRI scanners: A 1.5T Siemens Sola scanner located at Auckland City Hospital, this caters for cardiac imaging and a mix of in and out-patient work. A 3T Siemens Vida scanner located at Auckland City Hospital, this caters for mostly acute and in-patient work. A 3T Siemens Skyra scanner located at Greenlane Clinical Centre for out-patient examinations. A 3T Siemens Skyra located at Starship Childrens Hospital, this is a mix of in and out-patient paediatrics and some adult work We also provide regional, national and quaternary level services so the workload is varied, challenging and interesting. About the Team/Service As an integral member of our radiology team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and diagnostic accuracy. You will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment in a collaborative and supportive team environment. Our team rotates across our three sites, Adult Radiology at Auckland City Hospital, Paediatric Radiology at Starship Hospital and our Outpatient Clinic at Greenlane Clinical Centre - ensuring your expertise is utilized for our patients across a wide range of conditions and pathologies. About you Ideally you will have at least one-year relevant experience as an MRI Radiographer and adept at establishing and maintaining effective working relationships within a multi-disciplinary establishment will be essential to your success. You will have a passion for providing the highest levels of clinical quality and the best standards of personalised care possible to our patients. Qualified MRI MIT:Registered MRI MIT with NZ Medical Radiation Technologists Board Current Annual Practicing Certificate Evidence of on-going personal and professional development.
