Requirements
- Canadian RN license
- NCLEX passed
- Canadian citizenship
- 2+ Year of Recent Hospital Based Registered Nurse Experience
Nurse Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments and provide direct bedside care for adult patients with diverse medical and post-surgical conditions.
- Implement individualized care plans, administer medications safely, and monitor patient responses.
- Recognize changes in patient status, escalate concerns promptly, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and discharge care to support safe transitions.
- Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately while maintaining infection-control and safety standards.
