Location: Tweed Heads, NSW (2 properties (Sri Sai Balaji Pty Ltd -- Both 100 meters apart)

Sri Sai Balaji Pty Ltd (36 rooms total) are seeking a dedicated Motel Manager to oversee daily operations, staff, and guest experiences across two properties (two titles) under one management.On-site Accommodation: Provided Why This Role is Great:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations across both motels, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and casual staff
• Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering professional and friendly customer service
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate financial records, including daily reports, invoicing, and budget monitoring
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms and facilities meet quality and cleanliness standards
• Perform basic maintenance and liaise with external contractors for major repairs
• Manage stock levels for supplies and order as needed
• Promote the motels through local marketing initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in motel or hotel management is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, email communication, and property management software (Little Hotelier or equivalent)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Positive attitude and a commitment to long-term management of the properties

Desirable:

• Previous experience managing properties
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management (or relevant experience)
