  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through B2B channels and networking
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while maintaining profitability
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects using IT tools and CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services
  • Drive sales growth by developing strategic plans and executing targeted campaigns
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions
  • Utilise excellent communication skills to address client queries and provide professional customer service

Experience
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar sales environment is preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
  • Experience in driving sales through various channels, including direct outreach and networking
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with IT systems, CRM software, and organisational tools for managing sales pipelines
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Valid driving licence is desirable for visiting clients and attending meetings on-site
