- Creative Translation: Partner with creative leads to translate conceptual ideas into executable production plans—identifying requirements, shot lists, costings, and technical feasibility.
- Talent Management: Support talent identification, contracting, briefing, and on-set logistics (transport, call sheets, hosting) to seamlessly integrate deliverables into wider campaign calendars.
PR & Earned-First Execution
- Earned Amplification: Collaborate with PR teams and media outlets to deliver high-impact rollout assets, including B-roll, talent interviews, and press materials.
- Reactive Production: Produce rapid-turnaround, newsroom-style social assets to capture real-time cultural moments, launches, and campaign spikes.
Project Management, Commercials & Compliance
- Project Governance: Build and track project budgets, Scopes of Work (SOWs), timelines, and reconciliations, while leading client-facing production conversations.
- Supplier & Roster Management: Maintain and leverage a trusted network of external creators, directors, and event vendors; negotiating competitive rates, licensing, and usage rights.
- Risk & Compliance: Devise all critical risk assessments, WHS documentation, insurance certificates, and talent clearances to ensure all shoots and events are safe and legally compliant.
What You'll Bring
- 3–5+ years’ experience in integrated production across social, PR, creative, influencer, or event spaces (agency or in-house production environment preferred).
- Technical execution skills spanning multi-format content production, from small-scale rapid social assets to large-scale experiential shoots.
- Commercial and operational discipline with a strong track record of managing production budgets, timelines, and vendor negotiations.
