CHEF / COOK WANTED – OASIS HOTEL MOTEL CLONCURRYOasis Hotel Motel Cloncurry is looking for a passionate and reliable Chef/Cook to join our growing team in the heart of North West Queensland.Established in 1978, the Oasis Hotel is a proud Cloncurry institution and a hub for locals, workers and travellers to come together and enjoy great food, cold drinks and genuine country hospitality. We are a family-focused venue with accommodation, bar, gaming and dining facilities, and we take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff. We’re looking for someone who:

• Loves cooking quality pub mealsWorks well in a fast-paced hospitality environmentIs reliable, organised and team-focused
• Takes pride in presentation, cleanliness and consistency
• Can handle lunch and dinner service
• willing to support our small regional team in other areas of the business when required

Essential Requirements:

• Relevant chef/cook qualifications
• Current Food Handling Certificate
• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and within a team

Bonus Skills:

• RSA and/or RSG highly regarded
• Experience in regional hospitality environments advantageous
