Customer Support Specialist at Halter - Auckland Typical job descriptionThis role is focused on helping farmers use Halter’s livestock technology platform successfully. The work combines customer service, technical troubleshooting, and operations support. Main responsibilities usually include:Responding to customer issues via phone, email, and chatTroubleshooting hardware/software problems with Halter collars and systemsSupporting farmers during onboarding and day-to-day useEscalating technical issues to engineering/product teamsDocumenting customer interactions and recurring problemsWorking shifts or after-hours support during busy operational periodsBuilding strong customer relationships with rural/agriculture clientsSkills Requirement:Strong communication and customer serviceProblem-solving/troubleshooting abilityCalm under pressureInterest in technology/agritechAbility to learn quicklyExperience in support, SaaS, call centre, or technical support roles is helpfulPay: From $6,300.00 per monthBenefits:
