About The Role
A fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed B2B SaaS startup in the AI automation space is hiring its first Senior Business Development Representative (BDR). The company builds AI-powered quote and order automation software for distributors and manufacturers in industries such as HVAC, building materials, and electrical — helping inside sales teams eliminate repetitive back-office tasks and close more deals, faster.
This is a high-impact, early-stage role where you'll own outbound growth end-to-end and work directly alongside the founding team to scale the sales funnel. Visa sponsorship is available.

What You'll Do
- Own the full prospecting cycle — from identifying leads to engaging and converting them via phone, email, and social media
- Work directly with the CEO on high-impact sales initiatives
- Experiment with and implement new inbound and outbound lead generation strategies
- Develop deep product, market, and customer understanding to craft tailored pitches
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and prioritize target accounts
- Create and refine sales materials, scripts, and templates; drive internal knowledge sharing
- Engage with prospects daily, build relationships, and feed insights back to the product team
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
- Native German speaker — required
- Proven experience with multi-channel outbound prospecting and closing, targeting C-level executives
- Proficiency with CRM and outbound prospecting tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and multi-channel outreach (phone, email, social)
- Ability to perform market research to identify target accounts and tailor outreach strategies
- Ambitious, resilient, and thrives in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $50,000 – $100,000 USD annually
- Visa sponsorship available
