Medical Aesthetician/Laser therapist

Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and confident Aesthetician / Laser Therapist to join our growing clinic franchise as a fixed part time basis. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience in at least 75% of the treatments listed below and be committed to delivering exceptional patient care, maintaining clinical standards, and supporting the overall success of the clinic. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments, including:
• HIFU
• HydraFacial / advanced facials
• Body contouring / body sculpting
• Laser hair reduction (medical‑grade systems)
• PRP procedures (minimum requirement: blood withdrawal experience)
• Chemical peels
• Microneedling
• Skin boosters (non‑injectable modalities)
• Conduct detailed skin consultations and create personalised treatment plans.
• Deliver treatments safely, effectively, and in line with clinic protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient notes, consent forms, and treatment documentation.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑treatment advice to ensure optimal results.
• Uphold strict hygiene, infection control, and laser safety standards.
• Assist with daily clinic operations, room preparation, and patient flow.
• Promote clinic services and support client retention through excellent service.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in at least 75% of the following:
• HIFU
• HydraFacial
• Body contouring
• Laser hair reduction
• PRP (blood withdrawal)
• Chemical peels
• Microneedling
• Skin boosters
• NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (minimum)
• Level 4 Laser & IPL qualification (preferred)
• Strong understanding of skin types, contraindications, and treatment safety
• Confident in using aesthetic devices and following clinical protocols
• Excellent communication and client‑care skills
• Professional, well‑presented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment

Not Required

• Injectable experience (Botox, fillers) is not required for this role.
