Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect with 12+ years of enterprise IT experience to lead the development, integration, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for tackling complex technical debt, designing scalable architectures, and writing enterprise-grade programmatic solutions.The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can step into a highly customized multi-org environment on Day 1, collaborate effectively with US business stakeholders, and deliver clean, high-performance code without hand-holding.

Key Responsibilitie

• sProgrammatic Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers, and asynchronous processing frameworks
• .Architecture & Integration: Architect and build robust, secure REST/SOAP integrations, middleware connections (e.g., MuleSoft, Pub/Sub API), and handle Large Data Volumes (LDV) optimization
• .System Design: Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs across Sales, Service, and [insert specific Cloud, e.g., Health/Experience] Clouds
• .DevOps & Governance: Own the CI/CD pipeline deployment using tools like Salesforce DX, Copado, or GitHub Actions, ensuring strict version control and environment alignment
• .Technical Leadership: Conduct rigorous code reviews, enforce Salesforce best practices (governor limits, security models), and mentor mid-level developers on the team

. Required Skills & Qualificatio

• nsExperience: Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT, with 8+ years dedicated purely to advanced Salesforce programmatic development and architectur
• e.Lightning Framework: Deep, hands-on expertise building advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC) and migration from legacy Aura/Visualforc
• e.Data & Security: Proven track record handling complex data sharing models, object relationships, and data governance frameworks for US enterprise client
• s.Agile & Delivery: Strong experience working within fast-paced Agile/Scrum environments with exceptional English communication skills for stakeholder alignmen
• t.Certifications (Highly Preferred): Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2), Application Architect, or System Architec
