Regulatory/Compliance Officer

Zoono Group is a New Zealand-based biotech company that develops and commercialises long-lasting antimicrobial technology used in hygiene, surface protection, and infection prevention products across global markets.A Regulatory/Compliance Officer helps ensure that an organization follows applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. These roles are common in banking, insurance, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, energy, and government-regulated industries. Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and interpret regulatory requirements affecting the organization.Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.Conduct compliance reviews, audits, and risk assessments.Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.Prepare regulatory reports and submissions.Train employees on compliance requirements and ethical standards.Liaise with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders.Maintain records and documentation required by law.Monitor changes in legislation and assess business impact.Support anti-money laundering (AML), privacy, health and safety, or other specialized compliance programs, depending on the industry.Pay: $7,000.00 – $11,000.00 per monthBenefits:
