Aspire Hospitality Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Bar and Restaurant Manager to join the team at our new location and are currently offering Visa Sponsorship Opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Ensuring professional service and immaculate presentation of the venue - Having good knowledge of wines and other beverages - Leading, growing, and developing the next lot of superstar hospitality professionals - Managing restaurant bookings via our online booking system - Overseeing and directing restaurant staff across multiple areas, including the bar. - Adhering to all Health and Safety regulations - Ordering Stock - Creating staff rosters The required skills and experience for this role include: - Proven experience as a Bar and Restaurant Manager - The ability to work well under pressure and multitask - A current RSA - Exceptional Customer Service - An Approved Managers Certificate or the willingness to obtain one - Available to work flexible hours If you meet these requirements and are interested in this position, please send your resume to hr@aspirehospitality.com.au Pay rates are negotiable within the Federal Award based on skills and experience.
