Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role located in Bronx, NY. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and develop personalized treatment plans to support patient recovery and rehabilitation. Responsibilities include providing therapeutic interventions, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care. The role also involves educating patients and their families on exercises and management techniques to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support long-term health.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
• Proficiency in Medicine and Patient Care best practices
• Experience in providing therapeutic Home Care services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
• Active Physical Therapy license in the state of New York
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient well-being

Minimum Education Requriement: Bachelors of Physical Therapy with License in New York
