Registered Nurse – Complex Care

ABOUT THE ROLEAspire Care SW are recruiting experienced Registered Nurses to support a young male client in his own home in the High Littleton area. This is a rewarding complex care position working as part of a 2:1 team alongside a Complex Care Assistant, covering both day and night shifts.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Supporting with jejunostomy (Jej) feeding tube management and medication administration via Jej
• Assisting with the client's communication aid and Eye Gaze device
• Providing person-centred care for a client with a movement disorder, left leg amputation, neuromuscular scoliosis, moderate hearing loss, and a history of seizures
• Working sensitively with a client who communicates primarily through facial expressions, vocalisations, and eye pointing
• Supporting as a full-time wheelchair user in all aspects of daily life

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Active NMC registration (RGN/RPN)
• Experience in complex or continuing healthcare settings
• A calm, patient, and person-centred approach
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)PAY RATES: Mon–Fri days £24.60/hr Mon–Thu nights: £26.60/hr Sat–Sun days: £25.60/hr Fri–Sun nights: £27.60/hr + ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
