- Lead end‑to‑end clinical research programs across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Oversee protocol development, regulatory submissions, and compliance with EMA and EU frameworks.
- Manage multimillion‑euro clinical budgets and high‑value research portfolios.
- Coordinate CROs, investigators, scientific committees, and global trial sites.
- Ensure data integrity, patient safety, and operational excellence across all phases.
- Drive innovation in trial design, digital monitoring, and advanced analytics.
- Present clinical outcomes and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and regulatory bodies.
Required Competencies
- Extensive experience in clinical research leadership within biotech or pharma.
- Strong knowledge of EMA, EU‑CTR, GCP, and multinational regulatory requirements.
- Executive‑level communication, scientific governance, and strategic decision‑making skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex, capital‑intensive clinical ecosystems.
- Expertise in trial design, biostatistics, and cross‑functional scientific management.
