The OpportunityYou will advise global financial institutions, investment funds, private equity sponsors, multinational corporates, and high-net-worth clients on complex cross-border transactions involving:

• Private equity and M&A
• Investment funds
• Banking & finance
• Structured finance
• Capital markets
• Regulatory and corporate advisory matters
• Aviation and asset finance
• Restructurings and insolvency

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 PQE
• Training and post-qualification experience from a leading UK or international law firm
• Strong academics

• Interest in international financial markets and offshore structures

Experience in funds, finance, restructuring, corporate, regulatory, or tax-driven transactions is particularly attractive.
