- Manage and update customer data using CRM software to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Assist with the processing of sales orders, quotations, and invoices in Sage or other accounting systems.
- Coordinate communication between sales teams, clients, and internal departments to facilitate seamless operations.
- Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries via email or phone.
- Maintain organised records of sales activities, correspondence, and documentation.
- Support the preparation of marketing materials and promotional campaigns as required.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong computer literacy skills.
- Experience with CRM software and Sage accounting systems is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Demonstrated experience in sales administration or similar administrative roles.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude.
