Property Manager / Senior Property Manager Harcourts We are seeking an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join our growing and boutique team in Box Hill.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to manage their own portfolio within a supportive environment, with genuine opportunities for long-term career growth. About the RoleYou will be responsible for managing a residential rental portfolio of approximately 150+ properties, providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants while ensuring compliance with current legislation and company procedures. Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of a residential rental portfolio
• Conducting ingoing & ougoing reports
• Managing maintenance requests and coordinating tradespeople
• Handling lease renewals, rent reviews and tenancy agreements
• Arrears management and tenancy issue resolution
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Preparing VCAT applications where required
• Trust accounting duties (experience preferred but training can be provided)
• Ensuring compliance with current Residential Tenancies legislation

Skills & Experience

• Previous Property Management experience essential
• Ability to independently manage a portfolio of 120+ properties
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Trust accounting experience highly regarded
• Agents Representative Certificate or Estate Agent qualification
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
