About The Role
As Head of Business Performance, you will lead how performance is planned, managed and optimised across English Propositions. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will oversee budgets, financial planning and reporting, ensuring Propositions is well positioned to deliver current priorities and future ambitions.
You will also shape workforce capability, business improvement and the use of insight. By strengthening learning, governance and performance frameworks, you'll support sustainable change and embed data‑led decision making across teams.
You Will Be Responsible For
This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. Aside from our hybrid principles, other flexible working requests will be considered from the first day of employment, including other work arrangements should you require adjustments due to a disability or long-term health condition.
