• Dispense prescribed medications accurately in accordance with pharmacy protocols and prescriptions
• Assist pharmacists with medication administration and patient consultations when required
• Maintain precise records of dispensed medications and update patient files accordingly
• Ensure the correct storage, labelling, and handling of pharmaceutical products
• Provide exceptional patient care by answering queries and offering guidance on medication usage
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders for replenishment
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including infection control procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times

Experience

• Prior experience as a pharmacy technician or in a similar role within a healthcare environment is preferred
• Knowledge of medication administration procedures and pharmacy software systems is advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to minimise errors
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals
• Commitment to ongoing professional development in pharmacy practice and patient care standards
