Work Location: In personPay: $40.00 – $52.00 per hourWork Location: In person
- Fabricate and assemble components from specifications and engineering drawings
- Operate a range of welding equipment, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
- Perform high-quality welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
- Use hand and power tools to cut, bend, and shape components to specification
- Inspect and measure work to ensure quality standards are met
- Carry out repairs, modifications, and custom fabrication work
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in line with WHS standards
- Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
The Essentials
- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker – OR – solid welding experience (second-class welders are strongly encouraged to apply)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a fabricator/welder or boilermaker
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical instructions
- Understanding of different materials and their applications in fabrication
- Proficient in the safe use of fabrication tools, machinery, and welding equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Positive, team-oriented attitude

- Competitive pay $40–$52/hr + super (based on skills, qualifications, and experience) + Standard overtime loadings for extra earnings
- Monday–Thursday 6:00 am – 3:30 pm, Friday early finish for better work-life balance
