To further enhance our capacity in Asia and globally, we are looking for the travel industry´s best people with experience from organizing complex itineraries with high-end service.   • UHNW/HNW client acquisition - build and manage key accounts.
  • Work closely with other global heads in beCuriou for strategy and optimization of total company resources.
  • End-to-end design and negotiations of complex, multi-country luxury itineraries (bespoke, time-critical, high service expectations).
  • Enhance relations with top management at relevant luxury travel partners (hotels, DMCs, airlines), service standards, and help develop a regional client service team (with global roles)
  • Revenue/KPI accountability: client growth, repeat rate and margins

Qualifications
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience at a small to medium sized luxury travel agency tailoring complex and sophisticated travel itineraries, including personal responsibility for project finances and control
  • In-depth knowledge of luxury hotel brands & affiliations
  • Good client relations and inter-personal skills
  • Driven, proactive, and structured
  • High level of attention to detail and service delivery
  • University degree with honors (or equivalent first-class/distiction)
