Job Description: Clinical PharmacistA Clinical Pharmacist is a healthcare professional who specializes in optimizing medication therapy for patients, ensuring safety, efficacy, and cost-effectiveness. They work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:Medication ManagementReview and optimize patient medication regimens.Monitor for drug interactions, side effects, and contraindications.Adjust dosages based on patient condition and lab results.Patient Care & CounselingEducate patients on proper medication use, side effects, and adherence.Provide lifestyle and therapeutic advice to improve treatment outcomes.Clinical Support & CollaborationParticipate in rounds with physicians in hospitals or clinics.Advise on drug selection, administration routes, and monitoring plans.Contribute to clinical research and drug policy development.Regulatory & Documentation DutiesEnsure compliance with pharmacy laws and hospital policies.Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and patient interventions.Specialized Services (depending on setting)Antimicrobial stewardshipChemotherapy and oncology medication managementCritical care pharmacotherapyPay: $6,500.00 – $8,500.00 per monthBenefits:
