Senior / Lead Clinical Psychologist – Children & Young People (Band 8a Equivalent) Location: Raynes Park, South West London
Salary: Up to £70,000 (DOE) + Monthly Bonus
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time Preferred (Part-Time Considered)

About the Role Therapy4Kids is a growing multi-disciplinary private paediatric practice based in Raynes Park. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our supportive and collaborative team. This is a predominantly clinical role (70–80%), alongside opportunities to contribute to clinical leadership, supervision, and service development. You will work closely with children, young people, and their families, delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a well-supported environment. Key Responsibilities

- HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist (essential)
- Proven experience working with children and young people
- Strong experience in clinical assessment and therapeutic intervention
- Ability to deliver face-to-face and virtual sessions
- Experience or interest in clinical supervision and service development
- Desirable: Experience in ADHD, Autism, and cognitive assessments

- Deliver psychological assessments and therapy to children and young people
- Provide both in-person and remote (virtual) sessions
- Conduct specialist assessments (e.g. ADHD, Autism, cognitive) where appropriate
- Contribute to clinical supervision of junior staff or peers
- Support service development and clinical governance initiatives
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure best outcomes
