IRISH BARS PRAGUE – GENERAL MANAGER OPPORTUNITIES (RELOCATION)

The OpportunityIrish Bars Prague is continuing to grow, with two new venues currently in development, and we are now looking to connect with experienced General Managers who want to be part of that journey.This is not a single vacancy, we are actively building a pipeline of strong operators for both existing venues and upcoming openings.Our venues are high-volume, late-night bars focused on live sports, live music, and entertainment, attracting a mix of tourists and local regulars. We pride ourselves on delivering a fun, energetic atmosphere alongside a consistently strong guest experience. The RoleAs a General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance of your venue — leading your team, driving revenue, controlling costs, and ensuring high standards across all areas of the business.This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to be visible on the floor, particularly during peak trading periods, leading from the front and setting the tone for the team. Key Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility for the venue
• Recruitment, training, and development of management and front-line teams
• Driving sales through events, promotions, and strong operational delivery
• Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and compliance
• Managing stock, margins, and cost controls
• Working closely with senior management on business strategy and growth
• Leading from the front during busy late-night and weekend trading

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a General Manager or strong Deputy ready to step up
• Background in high-volume bars, pubs, or late-night venues
• Strong leadership presence, able to motivate and manage diverse teams
• Commercial awareness with a focus on sales and profitability
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and late nights
• High energy, resilient, and hands-on in approach
