Every project is bespoke. We collaborate closely with landscape architects, designers, private individuals, and construction companies to deliver premium metalwork for country houses and private estates across the UK. The RoleWe are looking for reliable and motivated Fencing Installers to join our team, installing estate fencing, railings, gates, and bespoke ironwork on-site.This is a hands-on role that combines craftsmanship with physical work, suited to someone who takes pride in delivering a high standard of finish.Work includes:

- Local day work from our Gloucestershire base
- UK-wide projects requiring overnight stays (typically up to 4 nights at a time)
You will usually work in small teams of 2–3 on a wide range of interesting and often high-end projects. Key Responsibilities
- Installation of estate fencing, railings, gates, and bespoke metalwork.
- On-site welding and fitting (training provided if required)
- Groundworks and associated landscaping.
- Painting and finishing to a high standard.
- Handling materials and maintaining tools and equipment.
- Working efficiently and professionally as part of a team.

- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with physical/manual outdoor work.
- Ability to work away from home during the week when required.
- Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)

- Experience in fencing, welding, construction, landscaping, or similar trades.
