Purchasing Manager

Our business covers retail operations, product development, and supply chain management, with continued expansion across the UK market. We are currently looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers in both China and the UK
• Purchase raw materials for bubble tea, fruit tea, desserts, cakes, and packaging products
• Follow up on purchasing orders, delivery timelines, inventory, and product quality
• Coordinate logistics, customs clearance, and warehousing between China and the UK
• Support supplier negotiation and procurement cost control
• Maintain daily communication with factories, suppliers, and logistics partners
• Assist with new product sourcing and supply chain market research
• Maintain procurement records and purchasing data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, International Trade, Business, or related fields preferred
• Experience in procurement, import/export, or supply chain operations in both China and the UK
• Familiar with food import procedures and UK food regulations is preferred
• Experience in bubble tea, food & beverage, dessert, or FMCG industries is a plus
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English for business communication and supplier negotiation
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
