What You Will Do: This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated IM or FM Nocturnist to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Additional Preferences

• Board Certification/Eligibility: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Licensure: Eligible for Wisconsin state medical licensure and DEA registration.

What You Will Need: Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
