Short Order Cook

Location: Montague Bistro at Club Narooma
Work Type: Full Time (Split Shifts) 38 hrs Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality meals in line with our bistro’s standards.
• Work efficiently during split shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Handle various cooking methods with precision, including wood-fired pizza

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work split shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team player attitude.
• Experience in wood-fired pizza (is highly regarded)
