Title: Chef Occupation: Chef (351311) Salary : $ 76,515- $ 95,000 plus super Hours: Full time Trading Name: North Point Cafe & Beach House Brighton Employer: SAME PTY. LTD. Location: Brighton, VIC Experience Required: Qualifications + min 1 year in a relevant role Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates. Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include: *preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies *planning menus and estimating food and labour costs *monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation *discussing food preparation issues with Managers and Front of House staff *explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations *assisting with the training of staff PLEASE NOTE: Only successful candidates will receive a reply.
