We are looking for a caring and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support individuals in care homes and home care environments. This is a paid, full-time role ideal for candidates who are passionate about delivering quality care and improving the well-being of others. Training will be provided for suitable applicants.A valid UK driving licence is required to support travel between care locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Support residents with mobility and safe transfers
• Help with meal preparation and feeding
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Administer medication in line with care plans (training provided)
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation
• Observe and report changes in health or behaviour
• Support activities promoting social engagement
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Care experience preferred but not essential (training provided)
• Good verbal and written English communication skills
• Basic IT skills for record-keeping
• Valid UK driving licence preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and able to work as part of a team
• Right to work full time in the UK (Dependent or Graduate Visa)
