What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or strong Chef de Partie within a high-end kitchen
• Background in Michelin-starred restaurants or 5-star hotels required
• Strong technical cooking ability and excellent kitchen organisation
• Confidence running a section within a fast-paced service
• A positive, professional attitude with strong team ethic
• Passion for quality ingredients, refinement, and high standards
