Experienced Financial Reporting Analyst

Latitude Financial Services (NZ operations) is the New Zealand arm of an Australian consumer finance company that provides personal loans, credit cards, and retail finance (including through Gem-branded products).An Experienced Financial Reporting Analyst is typically a mid- to senior-level finance professional with several years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, and financial analysis. Experienced Financial Reporting Analyst Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial statements and explain variances in revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP) and company policies.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports for multiple entities, where applicable.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
• Improve reporting processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Develop financial dashboards and management reports.
• Collaborate with finance, tax, treasury, and business teams to provide financial insights.
• Train or provide guidance to junior finance team members when needed.

Pay: $7,500.00 – $10,000.00 per monthBenefits:
