Payroll Specialist – ProCare Health Limited New ZealandA Payroll Specialist at ProCare Health Limited manages employee payroll processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance with New Zealand payroll and employment regulations. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payrollCalculate salaries, overtime, leave, deductions, and allowancesMaintain payroll records and employee dataEnsure compliance with PAYE, KiwiSaver, and Holidays Act requirementsRespond to payroll-related queries from employees and managersPrepare payroll reports for HR and finance teamsCoordinate payroll updates for new hires, terminations, and contract changesSupport payroll audits and system improvements Skills & QualificationsExperience in payroll administration or payroll processingKnowledge of NZ payroll legislation, PAYE, KiwiSaver, and Holidays Act requirementsExperience using payroll software and HR systemsStrong attention to detail and Excel skillsGood communication and confidentiality handling Preferred ExperienceHealthcare or multi-site payroll experienceExperience with systems such as SAP, MYOB, iPayroll, or Employment HeroPay: From $7,100.00 per monthBenefits:
