Core FunctionsStock Integrity Optimization: Monitor, audit, and reconcile stock variances across enterprise databases, organizing targeted cycle counts to ensure absolute tracking accuracy.Lifecycle & Expiry Management: Track product batch numbers, temperature-sensitive cold chain holding limits, and expiry dates to prevent critical stock write-offs.Supply Chain Performance Documentation: Generate concise weekly stock velocity reports, vendor discrepancy logs, and shrinkage analysis briefs to optimize warehouse flow.Logistical Variance Escalation: Isolate critical shipment shortfalls, system-wide data sync failures, or cold chain temperature breaches, escalating them with clear diagnostic summaries to the regional operations manager.Vendor Delivery Alignment: Guide freight partners and receiving teams through complex product intake criteria, turning strict biosecurity and medical storage protocols into simple operational steps. Skills & PrerequisitesBackground: Proven history in warehouse operations, inventory planning, medical distribution, or high-volume fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) logistics.Systems & Tools: High proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) databases, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), barcoding infrastructure, and spreadsheet modeling.Analytical Rigor: Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills to systematically uncover stock data anomalies and pipeline bottlenecks.Structured Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of conveying exact handling guidelines or regulatory compliance requirements clearly to cross-functional logistics teams.Pay: From $5,600.00 per monthBenefits:
