For additional information about us, visit www.golftec.com.sg The Role As a GOLFTEC Coach, you will use your professional expertise and GOLFTEC's proprietary teaching methodology and technology to recommend teaching and learning content to your students. Your role will include teaching individual lessons, assisting daily operations, and taking an active role in the merchandising and sale of golf equipment. The majority of our golf instruction is provided through in-centre one-on-one lessons, but also includes outdoor coaching. GOLFTEC is committed to remain at the forefront of technology-based golf instruction. All our teaching professionals undergo upfront training with the GOLFTEC University program. Compensation GOLFTEC Coaches work together as a team and are incentivized by the centre's performance as well as individual performance. You will be paid a competitive base rate along with commissions and other bonus opportunities. Qualifications Qualified member of a recognised PGA Degree qualification an advantage, in terms of securing a Singapore Employment Pass Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Experience in working with golf instruction technology preferred Experience with custom club fitting preferred Compensation ranges from US$ 80,000-110,000 per year.
