Network Engineer with NOC , Network administration and break-fix support for routers, switches, firewalls, WAPs, and VPN - Redmond WA - Onsite work Requisition Name: EA-DE IT O-NOC Engineer / NOC A-Team Mem-WA-051826 Start Date: 5/18/2026 Duration: 150 Weeks Services Location: WA/Redmond Rate: 55 $ phr on W2 or 65 $ phr on Corp- Corp all inc Network Operations & Support Provide network administration and break-fix support for routers, switches, firewalls, WAPs, and VPN tunnels within scope. Perform device management activities in accordance with approved SOPs. Maintain network service availability during defined support hours (Mon Fri, 8 AM 5 PM PST). Monitor network devices using Nintendo-provided monitoring tools. Identify, log, triage, and resolve network incidents following ITIL-aligned Incident Management processes. Support P1/P2 incident remediation through coordination with the NOC and Service Manager. Perform root cause analysis inputs for recurring network issues (as part of Problem Management support). Administer Palo Alto firewalls including: Firewall rule/ACL changes VPN tunnel creation and maintenance IDS/IPS signature and policy management Forward security-related alerts to the designated Client SOC Execute Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletions (MACDs) on a per-device basis, including: Router interface updates Switch port configuration Firewall ACL modifications Wireless AP configuration Support standard / low-risk changes and rollback during maintenance windows.
