Work Location: In person
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and budgeting
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers
- Liaise with the management team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating and developing the restaurant team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and food safety regulations
- Analyse sales data and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a memorable dining experience
- Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, inventory control and cost control
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
