Test Lead

Your Profile & DNA:We are looking for an experienced Test Lead who will be responsible for end-to-end test management across System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), End-to-End (E2E) validation, and payroll parallel runs. This role ensures that all testing activities are effectively planned, executed, governed, and reported to support a successful cutover and go-live.
Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all testing phases, including SIT, UAT, E2E Testing, and Payroll Compare (Parallel Run)
• Define and manage test scope, strategy, timelines, and resource allocation
• Oversee test execution, ensuring proper management of test cases, defect tracking, and test evidence using tools such as Jira and Zephyr
• Validate integrated business processes, system interfaces, and payroll workflows, with a strong focus on E2E scenarios
• Manage defects across all testing phases, including tracking, prioritization, retesting, and closure
• Ensure all test exit criteria are met and activities are fully documented
• Prepare and share test status reports, defect metrics, and readiness dashboards
• Provide testing inputs to governance forums to support cutover and go-live decisions
• Collaborate with business testers, IT leads, and SMEs to validate scenarios and obtain formal sign-off
• Align testing outcomes with overall project governance and leadership expectations

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in Test Management or Test Lead roles
• Strong understanding of SIT, UAT, E2E Testing, and Payroll Parallel Runs
• Hands-on experience with test and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, or similar)
• Good understanding of integrated systems and end-to-end business processes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent planning, coordination, and reporting capabilities
