Retail Pharmacy Assistant

About the Role:In this fast-paced and varied role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with their health and wellness needs, offering advice on over-the-counter products and services.
• Accurately processing sales and prescriptions at the point of sale.
• Managing stock, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising.
• Maintaining a high standard of presentation throughout the pharmacy.
• Supporting the pharmacist with the dispensing of prescriptions and other dispensary-related tasks.
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is highly desirable.
• A Certificate II or III in Community Pharmacy would be a strong advantage.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help others.
• The ability to work effectively in a team and under the guidance of a pharmacist.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to your work.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends.
