As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Project Manager. We are looking for a proactive, experienced and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to support our development team in all phases of project planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for residential construction. We are open to hiring professionals preferably with work experience in construction, project management, engineering, architecture-related fields. Potential candidates should live within commutable distance from the company office and dedicate working collaboratively with other team members.Qualifications:● Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered● Ability to read and understand Architectural, Civil and Landscape plans● 2 years of work experience in related role required● Mandarin & English Proficiency required● Strong understanding of construction project management principles and methodologies● Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities● Effective computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office software● Knowledge of residential construction processes, local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws is preferredResponsibilities:●Plan, coordinate, and oversee all project activities from inception to completion, ensuring that milestones and objectives are achieved● Oversee and supervise construction progress and directly manage field operations● Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget●Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting● Evaluate project schedules periodically to identify required modifications and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals● Track project progress and identify potential risks or delays, proposing solutions as needed● Procure permits, approvals and licenses required for project development● Conduct research and analysis on market trends, property values, and regulatory requirements, supporting strategic decision-making● Provide administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence● Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless integration of project activities● Perform other administrative tasks if needed Employment EligibilityCandidate must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. (F1/OPT status acceptable.
