Location: Vergennes, VT (Greater Burlington Area) Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 Benefits: M/D/V, PTO, Bonus Relocation-Yes NE preferredHighly established resort in Western Vermont seeks experienced HR Director with experience working with J1 and H2B visas.Qualifications:5+ years of Human Resources leadership experience in hospitality, resorts, hotels, or seasonal operationsStrong knowledge of J-1 and H-2B visa programs and related compliance requirementsExperience overseeing employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, and HR complianceResponsibilities:Lead all Human Resources functions for a large resort operationOversee J-1 and H-2B visa programs, including compliance, onboarding, and employee supportPartner with department leaders on recruiting, retention, workforce planning, and employee relationsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsManage performance management, training, benefits administration, and HR policiesFoster a positive employee culture and support initiatives that enhance engagement and retention
