It provides training, coaching, business guidance, directories, and networking resources for workers who want to operate independently rather than through large agencies.A Support Coordinator in Australia usually works within the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) and helps participants organise services, manage supports, and achieve goals. Support Coordinator Typical duties include:Helping NDIS participants understand their plansConnecting clients with support workers, therapists, housing, and community servicesCoordinating appointments and providersMonitoring participant progressWriting reports and case notesAdvocating for participantsManaging crises or complex support situationsHelping clients build independence Skills & QualificationsCommunity services, social work, psychology, or disability qualificationsNDIS knowledgeCommunication and case management skillsFirst Aid & CPRNDIS Worker Screening CheckDriver’s licencePay: $6,200.00 – $7,500.00 per monthBenefits:
