- Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing calls.
- Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software to maintain accurate records and files
- Handle clerical responsibilities such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies to ensure operational efficiency
- Assisting with the recruitment of new employees. Completing I-9s and the use of the E-Verify system to confirm work eligibility of new employees.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all office equipment functions properly for seamless daily operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy
- Experience with data entry, filing, and proofreading
- Bilingual abilities required (English/Spanish)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Previous experience as a receptionist, personal assistant, or in administrative roles is preferred
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Previous experience in agriculture or the H2A program is a plus.
