Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Clerk to join our team! This role will provide direct support to the HR Department, ensuring smooth administrative workflows and exceptional support.   • Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing calls.
  • Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software to maintain accurate records and files
  • Handle clerical responsibilities such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies to ensure operational efficiency
  • Assisting with the recruitment of new employees. Completing I-9s and the use of the E-Verify system to confirm work eligibility of new employees.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure all office equipment functions properly for seamless daily operations

Requirements
  • Proven experience in an office environment with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic computer literacy
  • Experience with data entry, filing, and proofreading
  • Bilingual abilities required (English/Spanish)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, personal assistant, or in administrative roles is preferred
  • Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Previous experience in agriculture or the H2A program is a plus.
