Job Description/About the Job: We are seeking experienced female carers to provide personal care and support to vulnerable adults in their own homes and in the community. You will also be part of our day and night sit service if you are available for this work. Duties: - Personal care: Supporting clients with showering, dressing, and even brushing their hair. - Helping clients with shopping and appointments. - Cooking delicious and healthy meals. - Promoting and administering medication. - Companionship: Some clients may want company to enjoy their favourite pastimes without having to do them alone. Shift Patterns: We offer various shift patterns, including full days and weekends. You must be fully flexible around the company’s needs to ensure that you are provided with the required hours as part of your sponsorship. Pay and Benefits: - Earnings include holiday pay, which is competitive compared to other providers. - Mileage is not paid, as a high salary is paid to reimburse for your mileage (Terms and Conditions apply). - Refer your work colleagues, and we will provide you with a referral fee. - Quoted pay based on an average of 37.5 hours per week.
