Experienced Shift Supervisor

Redcape Hotel Group is an Australian hospitality investment and management group that owns and operates a portfolio of pubs, hotels, bottle shops, and gaming venues across New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria, focused on community-focused leisure and hospitality assets.An Experienced Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations during their assigned shift, ensuring staff perform efficiently, customers receive excellent service, and company policies are followed. Experienced Shift Supervisor Job Description Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead employees during assigned shifts.
• Assign tasks and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Open and close the business according to company procedures.
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing employees.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
• Ensure workplace health, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate important information to management.
• Handle cash, process transactions, and reconcile tills (where applicable).
• Assist management in achieving sales and operational targets.

Pay: $5,500.00 – $7,500.00 per monthBenefits:
