We are investing in technology and digital growth to improve customer experience, streamline operations, and modernise our systems.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Application Designer to lead the development and improvement of our digital platforms including driver, customer, and dispatch applications, website systems, social media presence, and automation projects. Main Purpose of the RoleTo design, develop, maintain, and improve the company’s digital systems including customer booking platforms, driver applications, dispatch systems, website functionality, and business automation tools, while supporting online marketing and social media growth. Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Design & Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain customer booking applications for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop and improve driver applications for job allocation, navigation, status updates, earnings, and communication.
• Design and enhance dispatch/admin systems for controllers and office staff.
• Integrate secure payment gateways, GPS tracking, notifications, and live booking updates.
• Improve user experience, interface design, speed, and functionality across all applications.
• Troubleshoot bugs, technical issues, and performance problems.
• Work with management to identify new digital features and improvements.

Website Management

• Maintain and update the company website content, booking forms, landing pages, and service information.
• Improve website speed, security, SEO performance, and mobile responsiveness.
• Create new pages for airport transfers, corporate travel, local services, and promotions.
• Monitor analytics and user behaviour to improve conversion rates.

Dispatch System Automation

• Analyse current dispatch systems and identify areas for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Develop tools to automate booking confirmations, driver alerts, customer notifications, and reporting.
• Improve integrations between booking systems, payment systems, CRM, and driver platforms.
• Support digital workflows to reduce manual admin tasks.

Social Media Marketing

• Plan, create, and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Promote airport transfers, local taxi services, executive travel, and special offers.
• Design graphics, videos, and campaigns to increase customer engagement and brand awareness.
• Respond to online enquiries and support reputation management.

Monitor advertising performance and recommend improvements. Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience in application development, software design, or digital platform management.
• Knowledge of web technologies, mobile apps, databases, and API integrations.
• Understanding of automation tools and workflow systems.
• Social media marketing experience with content creation and campaign management.
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in taxi, transport, logistics, or booking systems.
• SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics experience.
• Knowledge of GPS, dispatch systems, or fleet management software.
• Experience with CRM and customer communication systems.
