Bar Manager - Holiday Resort - Skilled Worker Visa Switch Available Vacancy available in a Holiday Resort located in Wales.We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to lead our client's dedicated team and deliver exceptional service to their valued customers. Responsibilities:- Managing day-to-day operations of the bar, including inventory management, staff scheduling and customer service.- Training, supervising and motivating bar staff to deliver top-notch service.- Developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.- Maintain high standards of cleanliness.- Required to assist with Restaurant service at busy times.
