- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalised service
- Negotiate terms and agreements to maximise mutual benefit for clients and the organisation
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients, contributing to revenue growth
- Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts, ensuring client needs are met efficiently and effectively
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account status using IT systems
- Develop strategic plans to retain clients and expand the organisation’s market presence
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in IT tools such as CRM systems, MS Office suite, and other relevant software
- Demonstrable organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Valid driving licence with the ability to travel as required for client meetings or site visits
- Customer service orientation with a professional approach at all times
