Project Manager - Oracle Fusion

Job Title: Project Manager - Oracle Fusion Location: Irvine, CA(Onsite) (Candidates from PST, CST, MST, and even EST are acceptable if they are open to relocating to California) Visa:- H1B, TN(Visa validity should be more than 18 Months) Only Experience: 12 -15 Years Employment Type: Long term Contract Client: Sonata Software Hands-on HCM and functional experience is mandatory, and candidates must have experience in ERP implementations JD: Typically, 10 12 years in ERP projects At least 8 years in Oracle Fusion projects Prior experience as a team lead or project manager 10 15 years of overall experience Minimum 2 3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations Experience in support and enhancement projects Key Responsibilities Functional Expertise Work on end-to-end implementation/support of: R2R (Record to Report) GL, FA, Cash Management O2C (Order to Cash) Order Management, AR, Billing P2P (Procure to Pay) Procurement, AP, Supplier Management PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Product Data Hub, Innovation Management HCM (Human Capital Management) Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications Configure Oracle Fusion modules as per business needs Qualifications Bachelor s degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field MBA or HR specialization (preferred) PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (strong advantage)
